Rick - Re: most calm waves on beach ? - Negril has exactly what you are looking for! Perfect beach for smaller swimmer! I would suggest Beaches Negril since there are also lots of supervised kids club activities. For less money and less organized kid stuff you can choose Riu Tropical Bay.
