One had plumbing going every which way in the basement, added on to and modified over a 100 year period, and as a result the entire water supply for the house passed thru a weird little pipe like you'd see used for a toilet supply. No wonder there was no water pressure. Must have been a hundred fee... |

On warm afternoons when the sun is shining on the garage door, it won't close properly. It goes down part way, then the light flashes and the door goes back up as if there's a blockage in front of the infrared beams.
