People buying with 5% or 10% down and relying on two incomes's to make the payments. People doing equity take out mortgages and buying stocks on the USA Fraud Market. Real estate is a bad buy. Best to rent and save money for the crash. Buying good quality Blue chip stock's and getting divides, holding ... |
