I have one property in mind that I really like. Tax records show the homeowner bought the house in 95, so they probably have a decent amount of equity. How do investors approach these homeowners? For the life of me, I don't know what I could possibly say to even start a dialogue. Maybe I'm not cut-throat enough? I'm not a sleazebal... |

The rest are on credit that is not much higher than inflation. As for termite/roof/appliances etc, they are not much more than a renter losing out on cleaning deposits, moving costs and lack of tax exemption. You don't get crazy like owning internet stocks in the 90s but you don't go bust as well... |
