The police in Pittsburgh do a good job of actually trying to stop crime, as do the government authorities. There are some racialy oriented individual elements here and there, as in any City. They are absolutely perfect, very unique and interesting. Some are tightly located "Row Houses", although they are very well designed, and even those have something of a back yard and porch. They are all excellent locations, and are being priced so extremely low because of the Tax-Forfeit policy which prevents the City from earning any money on ... |
