What do you mean when pressed? In FL known material defects from prior inspections are required to be disclosed by law. Mold has a seperate disclosure - also required by state law. In Florida I would not buy a home without being given the required disclosures. The process is simple, have your agent call the listing agent and request a property condition disclosure and a mold disclosure, also, it s not out of line to request a copy of the inspection reports from the previous pending sale.
