Childcare center for sale Ormond Beach Florida. It is licensed for 50 children at any one time of any age and currently enrolls 30+ children and is open M-F 6:30am to 6:00pm.;. Ormond is a suburb of Daytona Beach Florida and has a great tourist industry and a real need for quality evening and weekend childcare. It is walking distance to an elementary school that I walk to and from to pickup children after school. The center does not accept checks. This can be a real gold mine for the right person(s). The school was established about 33 years ago and my wife and I have owned it since 1981. This is a turnkey operation. All playground equipment and learning material and supplies are included The school has 6 computers for the pre school and pre kindergarten classes, security monitoring system, fire alarm is new and up to the Southern building code |
