Sorry for the jargon. My point is that my MLS only allows access to members (or so they claim - somehow all the listings end up on realtor.com, so I'm not really sure). I was also pointing out that members can 'opt-out' of IDX. This way, you can prevent people from using the information outside of the MLS itself.
