You are probably charging what your services are worth. The issue is not how little you are willing to work for on the onset, but, why are you so willing to grab your ankles when a poorly educated seller throws down the soap. I was in business for myself prior to real estate, and I made it a policy not to work for anyone who asked if I could be trusted, they were usually the ones I had to look out for.
