I'm a realtor but my wife is a mortgage broker. She hasn't gotten started yet but she's very conscientious and works very hard. That's why I kept encouraging her to go into her own business. When she was working for someone else she was doing the work of three people. In fact it made the other's look bad. Which in itself caused problems. An more advice you can give on choosing who to hang her license with?
