If she's doing it solely for the money, she may find it difficult and very stressful. It's risky but the rewards can be very lucrative. Just because she may hear people making fat money doing it doesn't mean everyone gets paid that way. Is she willing to work lots of hours? Is she able to handle loans going sideways and maybe not getting paid? If she hasn't closed a loan in six months I would tell her to seriously think it over. In this market if |
