By your logic, the following scenario would be considered an accurate claim made by Broker A (Intracoastal Properties) over Broker B (Your Broker.) Let's just say that Intracoastal goes out of their way to list only expensive properties that have waterfront and deepwater dockage. Your Broker on the other hand, deals with the properties that Mr. & Mrs. Average Buyer are more interested in. The fact that Intracoastal only list $1Mil plus properties and Your Broker only lists $100K to $500K properties, does not give Intracoastal the right to claim that, on average they are able to get sellers 2 to 3 times as much for their homes as Your Broker can get. Some buyer might be inclined to buy this line the same as your claim of 15.6% more, using an agent than doing a FSBO. Neither Intracoastal's claim or yours is accurate or honest. Hopefully, now you can see the what I am getting at. |
