I am thinking of buying in South bay area in LA, CA. I understand that all agents can access to the same listing, but I would like to find out who is better, who fits my style, etc. I think proposal doesn't only mean which home is for sales, also, I would like to talk about how much service they can provide, how much support they can provide. Do you think is it better to have a site like this can increase the competition between agents, and as a result, the consumer service will be much improved?
