There are people who test FSBOs ads in Northern VA and turn in those who are actually listed with an agent. It's misleading to advertise on thing and actually be somehting else. Secondly, If you directly with other agents or their clients, you open another can of worms - legal and ethical - which can jepordize the licese of the listing agent. |
