A good Realtor will only deal with motivated sellers which it doesn't sound like you are, so there's a higher probability that only the bad Agents will take your case. So my next question is, do you get a lot of drive-by traffic on your street? If so, start out with a READABLE yard sign (readable at the speed they drive by at, not walking speed! ;) Also attach an info tube with a flyer on some of the home's best features. Doing this will at least give you a feel for what's involved without wasting money on what is mostly ineffective |
