I am hoping someone can answer my question. I've lived in my house for 7 years. A year ago some horrible neighbors moved in next door, and it has been nothing but problems since. I hoped it would get better, but rather than deal with them, I have decided to get the house ready to put on the market. What is worrying is that I am afraid they will do one of the myriad of things that are making my life miserable when the house is being shown. Any of these things would make the sale unattractive for a potential buyer. It is a beautiful neighborhood with well maintained houses and yards.How should I approach this with a potential agent? Or should I? I just want to move on. Sadly they apparently don't mind the police showing up at their house. Just this month the neighbors had the police out to evict one of the roommates. I assume. Since there were lots of door slamming, and one of the cars no longer shows up. What recourse do I have |
