You're a rare breed. The problem is that most Agents take the path of least resistance. It's more stressful and you risk rejection when you ask someone for money or to "sign on the dotted line" If they could handle rejection they would be out prospecting and working FSBO's and expired's. Most stay stuck in that comfortable romantic fantasy world that got them into real estate in the first place. I have to deal with it in my consulting business on a routine basis. Especially hard are the one's who've been in the business for a long time. You would think that with time comes experience but all time seems to do is crystallize false beliefs. For example, they |
