IMO it's the parent's responsibility to protect their own children. In this day in age they should know to do this anyway. Maybe NAR doesn't want you to head down that road for reasons you haven't thought of. What better way to lower the price of houses in the neighborhood than to put a couple of sex offenders on the block?
