A ton of defects came back on the last inspection -- of course, buyer walked and now seller is completely unwilling to disclose anything. I've had to go behind her on every consecutive offer and make disclosures without her. In response to your statement, though, that's why I'd have to remove myself from the listing. I don't think I could NOT disclose it and I'm not supposed to. |
