That's the crux of the issue. If you don't show a home simply because it is a discount broker you are probably in violation. If you don't show it because it's not profitable, I don't see that there's anything anyone can do. And if they DO try to intimidate you to show a listing, THAT would be actionable in court. Also if the listing is limited service, that means the buyer's agent will be doing all the work. All the work for less commission?
