To those who think the technology is a waste of time, and that e-PRO certification is a waste of money, let me add that according the the National Association of Realtors 2004 report of homebuyers and homesellers, 74% of all homebuyers use the internet to search for properties. You mean we Realtors should not heed the sign here: that buyers expect Realtors to get connected. So why not develop strategies to go after connected consumers with good quality service. The world is becomming more online than ever before. Yes, I carry my PDA with me everywhere I go.
