In NY one of the items we were provided by our MLS was information on = days=20 on market for active, under contract, sold and expired listings. Here = the=20 MLS apparently has a rule that this information is only disclosed to = members=20 for sold properties. This is arguably information that should be disclosed under Florida law, = as=20 it has a bearing on the price of homes and is not readily observable. In addition a good case can be made for providing this information in = order=20 to comply with article 2 of the realtor code of ethics. |
