Orangetrader - you are wasting your time. There is no such thing as a listing of soon to be forclosed properties that contain any good deals. If a property is worth it, they are snapped up by people willing to do the legwork at the courthouse. People like me. If a property gets to publication, it has already been passed on by people that know what they are doing. Again - and I challenge anyone to prove differently - there is no such thing as a weekly/monthly publication of soon to be forclosed homes that contain anything other than worthless crumbs for wannabe real estate tycoons.
