That is great! I would be glad to help you! Mars is a great place! I have heard much about it. First a few questions: 1-What is your budget? 2-Will you be paying all cash, or financing a part or all of the purchase? 3-Have you contacted a lender to find out how much of a mortgage you qualify for? 4-Do you have to sell your home on earth first to make the move? 5-If so is that home presently on the market? If not I would be glad to assist you in determining the value and developing a marketing plan to get it sold in your time frame. This is important because due to the hot market for Martian property most sellers will not consider offers that are contingent on your present home selling. 6-My office is not on Mars, and I usually try to limit my activities to areas where I am familiar, but if you are serious, I can contact our relocation department and find a local agent who works in the local market. |
