Why an e-PRO

I only prefer to do referrall business with other e-PROs since e-PROs are more aware of the technology issues, and how technology can better serve buyers and sellers. I believe that technology typically will speed up the transaction, minus other variables unanticpated. I myself have a complex technology plan, but it is not enough. Technology grows and grows. The essentials are a domain name, permanent email address, website, email marketing plan, like a drip email plan. Also, digital photography is essential. I use my cell phone to send to my laptop properties I thhink my buyer would be interested in and so I don't forget what theh property looks like and so I can make annotations. A cameral phone is a great tool to have. I like sending text messages too. It is so unobtrusive. Better than disturbing with a phone call, although most prefer voice to voice. An an e-PRO I know what the options are. |
