Are people going crazy? Here in south Florida it is getting unreal, two properties I was just looking at. One was closed in 11/04 for 492,000, and is now being listed for 671,800, another one was sold last month for 435,000, now is listed less than 30 days after for 595,000. How will these house get appraised even if someone is willing for pay for them? and this is not the exception, seems to be the rules. I drove passed east Hollywood this weekend, and every other house has a for sale sign on them. I guess everyone is putting their house on the market just to see if any sucker will pay the outrages prices? Or is the market really this hot? O . |
