Is I said this is clearly in conflict with the so called Realtor Code of Ethics - which in Florida is an oxy-moron. I think that if NAR and FAR were serious about Ethics, they would lobby state governments to not allow this type of non-agency relationship - I mean if the code of ethics really matters Transaction Broker and Non-rep should not be considered as an option by a NAR Broker. I think it if FAR ever took a stand on this type of unethical agency 90% of the brokers would quit and FAR would fold up.
