> I think that 7% is actually a prettyy good number. And the other side of that is that I am about 93% sure that anyone coming to the OH is perhaps a good buyer, but not for this house in particular. If they don't seem interested in buying this home, I hand them printouts of others in the area. I make appointments at the office and send mails. When I sit an OH for a home that is $400,000 (big money in this area) and a young couple comes in with 2 kids and a modest car, I am already pretty sure they are just looking. I can't know this 100%, but after a few questions, I am usually certain. Now what I do know is that they are looking to buy. Also, I will know that they will need to sell the starter home they have grown out of ( Listing opportunity!). Yes, I want to get to know these people. No, they won't buy my $400K executive home.
