Can you tell the difference between a Mortgage company and Multi-level ? Thank about this A) Every agent in a mortgage company splits there commission with the office ( Manger/Owner). So the owner/manger gets a cut of the commission, without having to do nothing (In every transaction done)! B) GEL Is the same concept only greater. You will be trained and will helping people obtain the best rate, at the same time you are also paid for the efforts of your team and there team. The more you help your team and there team, the more They Earn Money and the More Money You Earn. To me the big difference is the Owner keeps making money with little and No Effort on his part and the Agent has to go after deal after deal to make an income. Say, 10 agents per shop and say all 10 agents closed 1 deal each in one month. And each made $2,500 per deal $2,500 x 10 = $ 25,000 |
