Now you are qualifying your statement by saying (paraphrased) "well its $1M resale but only $50k ((per year)), and $50k is so much smaller than $1M that it is insignificant". But that is also wrongly stated since it is not $50k, but $50k PER YEAR. I dont know anyone that stays in their home for just one year and then sells it.
