Real property law is what it is and what you or any of your bureaucratic girl friends think changes nothing. What is ~ IS !!! Regardless of which state you live in, when a property is foreclosed (non judicially with no redemption rights) by a senior beneficiary, all subordinate voluntary liens are extinguished ~ period.
