Generally a bankruptcy court issues an Order to Sell Property Free and Clear of Liens. When this order is final, a bankruptcy lawyer and a title insurance company can answer your questions by looking at the final Order and searching the federal and state (county) records. Normally, the title company will not touch the deal without a final Order. GJG . |
