One paragraph says '"Shop around ... and make a chart of the loan features offered by each potential lender, comparing the term of the loan, the interest rate, adjustable rates, if any; the size of the down payment, whether or not there is a prepayment penalty and the number of points that you will be charged, if any." (Points are upfront fees equal to 1 percent of the total loan amount that are used to lower the interest rate.)' It's possible to make a chart (I used a spreadsheet) of the features of the various mortgages you are offerred, but figuring out which one can be expected to cost the least is difficult.
