Austin and El Paso are very undervalued, look there before venturing so far away. As for Las Vegas, anyone who bought in 2002 or 2003 made a killing (myself included), but those days are gone. Housing prices are basically flat now and have been since the begining of the year. The number of houses for sale today is about 10 times higher than in early 2004 and listings are staying on the market a looooong time. . |
