To confirm some of the above realtor post ... when you approach a realtor in foreclosure you get an ear full of foul speech with threats against life & property. We vultures may be low but realtors maintain the all time monopoly in the dirt bag screw you over arena. Oh keep in mind that you can get cash & real time decisions from vultures while realtors offer nothing but stories and excuses and perhaps the phone number of someone else with $$$. When it comes to low ethical conduct there is one twisted spin doctor group that leads the pack day or night 24/7 ... . |
