Unless you're willing to give your home away, don't even bother listing it in the MLS unless you're willing to give the buyer's agents their full 3% commission. True that getting on the MLS will get you on Realtor.com/Yahoo etc., but if you don't offer the listing agent anything beyond the flat $350 fee, don't |
