How can you be sure the property will appreciate? The best thing about about a POA is the ability to implement some tax strategy thru the payment of your mortgage, regardless of what happens to your property. Never before in history have your actually been able to defer paying interest in a given year based on what you want to pay. Most POA's will only allow 15% neg am over a five year period before recasting. Great tool if used correctly, could be a bomb if used incorrectly . |
