That's what is your true motivation behind going against the odds and selling it yourself. The higher the house is priced the harder it is to sell. It's on the market longer and it's more liability for the broker. The "bread and butter" low end houses are the one's that are an easy sell. There's more FSBO's only because people are believing the media when they say "houses are selling themselves." Greedy sellers = more FSBO's.
