Summerlin Community About To Get Even Bigger in Las Vegas

This has been on the news since last night and thought it might be beneficial information for those who are currently investing in Las Vegas or are considering investing here in Sin City. From KVBC-NBC affiliate; "Howard Hughes' well known Summerlin community is getting even bigger. The Clark County Commission has approved an expansion of more than 960-acres. The expansion would nearly double the size of the community by adding land on the south side of Charleston, just west of Hualapai. This would add more than 14,000 residences. When complete, more than 32,000 residences will be included in Summerlin's home-owners associations. No time-table has been set for when the project will be complete."
