If your down payment is enough so that the mortgage amount does not exceed the appraised value of the property, you should have no trouble getting a mortgage from a US bank in the area where the condo is located. I would suggest that you shop around at several banks for the best rate. Going to a mortgage broker is O.K., but also find out what banks can offer, and make comparisons before you act. . |
