Requirements for RE-licensure are this: You must sit for a "Jay Walking" exam conducted by James Carville. If you get any answers right you must wait 3 months to retake the exam which will be conducted by Karl Rove. Repeat, as often as necessary to score a perfect ZERO, and then your RE- license is FedEx to you overnight. In the extreme case of arriving at one single correct answer on each test taken over 4 years, your name shall go in a pool from which a drawing shall identify the future President in 2012. The winner's name shall compete with Millard Fillmore and GW Bush for the prestigious title of dumbest President to ever walk. Gentlemen, start your engines... . |
