Hi, I have been in the market for a house for 6 months now. Long enough to realize that I know more that any real esate agent and that virtually all of them are merely wasting my time... What are the minimal time and cost requirements to become a certified to deal in real estate and be able to represnet myself? Many thanks in advance! Aaron Fude . |
