Hey all, I am very new here and looking to dip my toe's into a couple of one bed flats in the Reading area of the UK. I have done a lot of reading aroudnt he subject and it seems that as long as I am in it for the long term, buy-to-let can still be a good investment. Which suits me fine. Since I am currently a IT Contractor, I have a Ltd business set up. I was wondering what the pro's and con's are of btoh buying property in my name and running it, or buying through my company? Any advice would be most welcome, Thanks Mark . |
