The tenant is paying real money for use of your property, to include *your* toilet. Unless the tenant (provably) broke it himself (and you assume this as a give), I'd have to say it's your problem. Then again, I ain't a judge. What's wrong with you dude? As the unit's (and the toilet's) owner, I wouldn't even have to ask this question. My toilet. My problem. Duh. . |
