Hello: I am looking for an investor to carry a 1st or 2nd mortgage on a commercial condo unit in the Minneapolis Area. The unit is in a 32-unit professionally managed association and is in a very upscale retail location with lots of traffic. The condo will be backed by a 5-year lease with 5-year option by a residential real estate company. The condo will be owned by an LLC that has a lease agreement with this real estate company. The investor should either be willing to purcahse the unit and be willing to either C/D it back to the investment group or do a 5-7 year mortgage with balloon based on a 25-30 year amortization.
