If the triplex is doing OK as far as cash flow goes at present, I see no reason why it should not continue to do so. So assuming everything else stays the same, the important thing is the difference between the 950 and the 800 or 850. With that difference in rent you could probably hire a management company to look after the triplex, if you worry about your absence. And moving across town is probably not a problem.
