Prior to selling my condo in Milford, I considered renting it, but it did not appear to be cost effective. As I increase my savings, I am planning to change from being an engineer to renting out units, probably trying in Goshen area type situation- this is where I see population moving to in next 10 years (Milford is almost fully developed). Brown county, huh? That's closer than Adams county, right? My wife would NEVER move to such a place, even though it wouldn't bother me at all... . |
