If, as they like to say, they are real professionals, then I guess they would hire other realtors and pay them 6% to do it for them, because real professionals like doctors and lawyers say: "Somebody who acts as his own lawyer has a fool for a client," and so on. Does a realtor who sells his own house have a fool for a client? |
