But one caution - how will you determine the repair limit if youa re doing the work? $1,000 in materials and your labor is "free"? If you hire a contractor, you only have to go up to $1,000 and then you can leave the rest, and (per contract) Buyer would either accept or walk. As you are doing it, perhaps Buyer would TRY to add on more and more things to the fixit list.... |
