As I mentioned, it is a neighbor. I will have to leave it to your imagination as to why I would want a lein on a neighbor. I am losing my enthusiam for these tax certificates. Unless you are buying ones for a large amount, say $30,000, it doesn't appear to be cost effective. By the time you do some research, and possibly a title search. Anyway, I will still see how it works in person since I know I will be buying the neighbor tax certificate.
